Super Chill Foundation

Super Chill Foundation created a free app that teaches children mental resilience through simple exercises. With support from partner Rituals, they aim to reach 10 million European children with tools for managing stress and emotions independently.

BrightVibes became a true advocate for our mission to reach European children. They realized perfectly that real family stories are more powerful than a “standard” marketing campaign. By letting children share their own experiences (unscripted), we created exactly the credibility we needed to grow further in Germany and other European countries.

Challenge: Breaking the German Skepticism Barrier

Super Chill Foundation needed to establish credibility for their free mental resilience app in Germany’s notoriously skeptical market. German consumers require multiple validation points and scientific backing before trusting child-focused technology. Beyond typical screen time concerns, they demand transparency about motivations and evidence-based solutions.

Solution: Multi-Angle Trust Architecture

We created a strategic three-video ecosystem designed to address German consumer skepticism through different authority sources systematically:

Video 1: Social Proof – Authentic German families and children sharing unscripted experiences, letting kids speak directly about their usage to create unmatched authenticity.
Video 2: Scientific Authority – Prof. Dr. Nina Kolleck (University of Potsdam) providing academic validation, addressing German demand for evidence-based solutions.
Video 3: Founder Transparency – Niki Schilling sharing her personal mission and Super Chill’s non-profit structure, demonstrating the transparent motivations German consumers require.

Impact: Strategy Meets Measurable Impact

290,843 total video views against 200k target (+45%). Successfully established credibility in Germany, Super Chill’s primary expansion market.

Long-term Value: Super Chill now has a library of authentic video content they continue using across their marketing campaigns. The content has long shelf-life value, with articles continuing to drive traffic months after launch, while the proven framework for authentic family storytelling can be replicated as they scale to other markets.
