The plumber making ‘Elderley and Disabled Free plumbing and heating’ happen
Elderly and disabled residents of Burnley, in Lancashire, in the North East of England have been going without heating or hot water because they could not afford to pay for repairs to their boilers or pipework. The Cumminity Discount Scheme by Northern Plumbing and Heating Ltd., has been in place for around 12 months and they are seeking help to support the cost of running this within their community through crowdfunding. They are looking at expanding this scheme with public awareness and making it available in as many cities as possible and as many communities.
Elderly and disabled free plumbing and heating scheme is a winner
From December 1st through until March 1st every year, Northern Plumbing and Heating Ltd. will be running this initiative to help as many people as they can. They have helped 6 customers up to date that did not expect it and were shocked but happy at what was on offer. They initially thought it was a goverment scheme until it was explained it is a crowdfunded initiative.
