The National Park Foundation hosts an annual contest for amateur photographers across the United States, and last year’s winning entries are truly spectacular.

National Parks’ Share the Experience photo contest 2019 winners

If you can’t make it to a national park, take heart; you can still appreciate their magnificent beauty with these 10 stunning photos from the National Parks Foundation’s annual ‘Share the Experience’ photo contest 2019. The contest received almost 10,000 photos from amateur photographers across the country, sharing their favorite views, moments, and adventures from America’s national parks and public lands. 

For his winning entry, Mr. Jezak received $10,000, a Transporter 40 Expedition Duffle courtesy of Osprey Packs, a 24 L Soft Cooler Tote and 21oz Bottle courtesy of Hydro Flask, a two-night stay at The Hermitage Hotel courtesy of Historic Hotels of America, and a Federal Recreational Lands Pass. The winning picture will also be featured on the annual National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass.

The Share the Experience Photo Contest 2020

The Share the Experience Photo contest is a special opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts to share their love of parks, beautiful views, unique finds, and hidden treasures of America’s national parks. The contest is hosted in partnership with six participating federal agencies, the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of Reclamation, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the U.S. Forest Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Recreation.gov.
