On behalf of a German adventurer and entrepreneur, Amsterdam-based + 31ARCHITECTS designed a sailing houseboat as an experienced houseboat design agency. The result is a modern, floating, slender house that holds the middle between a houseboat and a ship. 

In The design are large window frames on 3 sides of the ship that not only provide a lot of daylight but also give the user a vista outward. This transparency is characteristic of the houseboat designs of + 31ARCHITECTS and provides a maximum water experience and a direct relationship with nature.
