He was struggling to stay clean and then his luck turned for the good.

When Jeff Louis (Iowa, USA) delivered a couple of pizzas, he was in for a big surprise.  Watch the video below in which Jeff explains what happened.

Right place, right moment, right man

The referent and Life Point Church community must be a hungry bunch as they wanted to get 8 pizzas deliverd at the church at 12:00 o’clock. Before Jeff came, they had already called two other restaurants, but they could not deliver at that hour. You’d almost think that it was fate that got Jeff to that church 😉

Ken Wright, the referent, had already put aside a $100 tip in advance to support any pizza delivery person that would bring the pizzas. And he caught Jeff completely by surprise.

Given the heartwarming response of Jeff when he got the $100, the community stood up to give Jeff an even bigger tip, adding up to a total of $700!

I have watched the video a couple of times and I am inspired by the gratitude of Jeff. He is a young man who is going through a rough time in his life, trying to stay from drugs and getting his life back on the road again. I love seeing how much he appreciates this wonderful random act of kindness. We all know life can be very unfair, but in this case, things work out perfectly.
